Cancellation Policy

We require 3 hours' notice before your appointment if you wish to change, move or cancel your booking. If your cancellation falls within 3 hours of your appointment time, 100% of the paid deposit cost will be retained as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling within 3 hours of your appointment time will not be accepted as well. Sunday and Public Holiday will be Extra $5 Surcharge.
